Sometimes called Inquirers' Class, this class is for anyone who wants to learn more about the Episcopal Church. You do not need to commit to being confirmed or received to take the class. Just show up and be willing to learn and participate. Beginning January 19, the class, taught by Fr. Jeff, will run for 13 weeks. It’s time for the 2023 edition of the Community Café’s trivia contest fundraiser! Come with a team (of any size) or we can put you one. Teams will compete for bragging rights and an impressive trophy. You can purchase your ticket at the church office; $20 per person in advance, or $25 at the door. Your ticket includes the contest, pub food, and soft drinks. All proceeds benefit the Community Café.

On Sunday, February 5, the choir of St. Andrew's will present the service of choral evensong. Music will include the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis by Sarah McDonald, Preces and Responses by Thomas Tallis, and anthems by Henry Purcell and Cecilia MacDowell. The Book Group will meet Tuesday, February 7, in Room 324 at 7 p.m. to discuss, Remarkably Bright Creatures: A Novel, the debut novel by Shelby Van Pelt. This book is also Centre County Reads’ selection for 2023. They will sponsor a talk by the author in March along with other events. All are welcome to join our Book Club conversation on 2/7.
