Safeguarding God’s Children training

Safeguarding God’s Children training will be offered on Saturday, November 6 from 1 – 4 p.m. in Room 325. Masks will be required, and we will be social distancing. Light snacks will be provided. Those who are due for this training and are not eligible for online renewal will be notified. Anyone interested in this training is welcome to attend. Evensong

The Adult Choir will present a service of choral evensong on Sunday, November 7 at 5 p.m. Music will include evening canticles by Charles Villiers Stanford, John Rutter’s setting of the Phos Hilaron, The Lord's Prayer by Robert Stone, and the anthem, This Is the Day, an anonymous composition from the 16th century. Community Cafe Take Out Thanksgiving Dinner

The Community Café will serve Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday, November 25. The holiday meal will be available for take-out from noon - 2 p.m. and will feature all the traditional favorites including turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sides, and rolls. Out of the Cold

Saint Andrews will be hosting the Centre County Out of the Cold program from Monday, November 29th through Monday morning, December 20th. (Three full weeks) This program provides overnight shelter, a warm dinner, and breakfast for people currently living in State College with no permanent shelter. Out of the Cold now employs staff members to supervise the overnight periods, but we need volunteers to provide dinner, breakfast, and company for our guests.
