After returning from a tour of the Baltic States with the International Flute Orchestra, St. Andrew's member Judy Moore was inspired to form a flute choir in State College, PA. Toot-in-Common is the result. The group will perform a Seasonal Concert at St. Andrew's on Monday, December 3.
