The Knitting Ministry meets on the 2nd Sunday of the month this winter/spring in Room 325 following the 10:00 service (roughly 11:15). If you knit, crochet or would like to learn, you are welcome! We work on preparing hats, scarves, baby blankets and those adorable Peace Pals from www.knitting4peace.org, a wonderful organization that distributes useful handknits in the developing world. DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THERE WILL BE NO NURSERY, EDUCATION OR COFFEE HOUR ON JANUARY 20. Our principal weekly Eucharist is celebrated every Sunday at 10 a.m. and lasts around 75 minutes. During this time our nursery is open, and children may attend church school classes. Music is led by organ and our popular choir.

The next book that we will read and discuss is Still Alice written by Lisa Genova. Written in 2007,this book chronicles a cognitive psychology professor’s descent into early onset alzheimer’s disease. This book was recently made into a 2014 movie starring Kristen Stewart. We hope that you will join us in discussing Still Alice.

The women of St. Andrew's are invited to the Fabulous Fondue Fiesta on Saturday, January 26th from 3-4:30 in Room 325. If you have a fondue pot you would like to loan for the event, please contact Kitty Mussett at at kam13@psu.edu or Kathy Hickner at youth@StAndrewSC.org.
