Red Cross Blood Drive

Schedule online at redcrossblood.org or 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767) The need for blood is critical. Please sign up today. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime. Only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Thank you for supporting the American Red Cross blood program!

Book Group

The St. Andrew’s Book Group will meet Tuesday, July 25, to discuss The Power of Moments by Chip and Dan Heath. In the book, they discuss why certain brief experiences can jolt us and elevate us and change us—and how we can learn to create such extraordinary moments in our life and work. Blessing of the Backpacks and Ice Cream Social

Everyone is invited to bring their backpacks, laptops, briefcases or school and work bags of any kind to receive a blessing for the start of the new school year. This is a special reminder that God is with us as we go about the business of our days, and an important boost of courage as we enter new school and work routines. The blessings will take place after the service in front of St. Andrew’s.
