Adult Confirmation Class
Starting in January, an adult class will be offered for anyone interested in learning more about the Episcopal Church. Father Jeff will teach this class on Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. starting on January 11. The class will prepare adults for Confirmation or for Reception—which is for those who have been confirmed in the Roman Catholic church. On Friday, January 12, Friday Films will present the 2017 Horror/Comedy Get Out, Rated R, a psychological horror film written, co-produced, and directed by Jordan Peele in his directorial debut. It stars Daniel Kaluuya, Allison Williams, and Catherine Keener. Friday, January 26 7 p.m. doors open, 7:30 p.m. game begins Tickets: $20 in advance; $25 at the door All proceeds benefit the Community Cafe. Come with a group, bring friends, or we can put you on a team. Your ticket purchase includes the game, access to a buffet of delicious pub food and other treats, and soft drinks. Complementary adult beverages will be available for those with proper ID (donations gladly accepted.)
