Journey Youth Pilgrimage to Arizona
June 23, 2019 - June 30, 2019
Since September 2016, this group has prayed and played together; worked and served together; discussed and planned together. Now it is finally time for them to step out into the world on pilgrimage – seeking the face of God in the desert, in their hearts, and in their community. They will be walking, worshiping, serving, reflecting, living together, unplugging from electronics, and engaging ancient cultures.

Pray for us. Please pray for our pilgrims this week! May our pilgrims experience tremendous joy, growth, and meet our Lord in new ways.
O God, full of compassion, the goal of our pilgrimage and rest by the way, we see our youth growing up in an unsteady and confusing world: Show them that your ways give more life than the ways of the world, and that following you is better than chasing after selfish goals. Give them strength to hold their faith in you, and to keep alive their joy in your creation. Preserve them as they travel; surround them with your loving care; protect them from every danger; and bring them in safety to their journey’s end; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
