Adult Forum – Where Are We Now?

As described at our annual meeting in January, St. Andrew’s is spending the next year in a process of prayerful reflection and discernment for our future. Parish life and ministry are constantly changing, especially in today’s increasingly secular culture, and we pray that this period of planning will be fruitful and creative for us as a parish community.

The first phase of this effort is dedicated to education, as we ask the question, “Where are we now?” As part of this effort, we begin by looking back at the story of St. Andrew’s itself. In this Sunday morning’s adult forum, we will create a space to remember the people and ministries that have gone before us, to help understand how St. Andrew’s has shaped each one of us.

Marion and Sandy Schwartz and Donald and Milly Hopkins will lead us in this conversation about the story of St. Andrew’s, its people, and its history of ministry in State College.
