How can we make housing more stable and affordable for generations to come? This Sunday’s Adult Forum will feature a conversation about the community land trust model and its impact right here in our region.
In addition to building and preserving affordable homes, and promoting inclusive and diverse neighborhoods, we are expanding our stewardship and support programs to assist low- and moderate-income homeowners across Centre County—helping with essential home repairs and aging-in-place needs. Many of those we serve are essential community members such as teachers, bus drivers, clergy, and single parents.
