Housing Transitions
Housing Transitions is a non-profit located in downtown State College that has been
providing shelter, guidance, and hope to Centre County since 1984. Housing
Transitions is the only family homeless shelter in Centre County. Their motto is
“Ending Homelessness Everyday.” Amy Werner, Development and Human
Resources Manager, and Shannon Newby, Program Manager, will share a
presentation about Housing Transitions’ mission and work in our community.
