The Food Recovery Network
Emmanuel Kraft is a student at Penn State and a co-founder of the university’s Food Recovery Network chapter, which transports unserved, leftover food from the campus dining halls to distribution locations such as St. Andrew’s. He looks forward to discussing how they simultaneously address food waste and food insecurity, and how you can do your own part!
