Joint Healing Service

We have been invited to take part in a healing service at Grace Lutheran Church at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16. Father Packard will be assisting in the liturgy.St. Luke the Evangelist’s day is October 18. Known as St. Luke, the physician,Luke includes in his gospel more stories about healings done by Jesus than any of the other gospels. For instance, Luke is the only one who records that Jesus healedthe ear of the high priest’s slave after it was cut off in the Garden of Gethsemanewhen they came to arrest Jesus. We hope to make this special service an annual joint worship and healing service with our Lutheran friends.
